The AU Writing Center

The Writing Center is a free academic resource to all Andrews University students, staff, and faculty who need one-on-one assistance with writing assignments and improving overall writing skills and strategies. Staffed by fellow students from a variety of majors and backgrounds, we think you’ll find the Writing Center a valuable and friendly resource for all your writing needs.

1. Click the link to reach our Setmore page for booking appointments.

2. Please do not book more than two 30 min. sessions per day with any one tutor (Be mindful of other students who may also be seeking help).

3. Video conference appointment confirmations will contain a link to Teleport video conferencing platform. Open the link just prior to your appointment time.

4. Start thinking in advance about specific writing issues so that you are leading your session to best meet your concerns and needs. 

5. Please correspond with your tutor if you cannot make an appointment at the scheduled time or if you need to reschedule. 

- Appointments will be automatically cancelled if clients do not show up within 10 minutes.
